If you have forgotten your password for the online management system (comotix.online), click “Forgot password”, enter your mobile number, and request a new password.
The system will now send you a new password to your mobile number. If your account does not have sufficient credit, a new password cannot be sent via SMS, as each SMS costs €0.09 (these are the mobile network provider’s charges for SMS delivery; we simply pass these costs on).
Our recommendation
Go to the “Settings” menu (gear icon) and select one or more of the free notification channels: push notifications via the COMOTIX® app, the Telegram app, or email notifications, and deactivate the paid SMS option.
