Upgrade of existing devices to provide free operation for life

If you switch a device to lifetime free-of-charge operation, the daily data charges for this device will no longer apply from that point onwards.

We will send you a code by email. You can then conveniently redeem this code in the online management portal (www.comotix.online) under the Device Settings. Once the code has been redeemed, the device will be free of charge.

The code is linked to the device on which it is redeemed (it cannot be transferred to other devices or other accounts).

Notifications by text message (SMS) and phone call will continue to incur charges.
